Raising Our Youth As Leaders

Talent Discovery & Development

We help children identify their unique abilities whether in leadership, creativity, communication, problem-solving, sports, arts, or community service and guide them in developing those talents with confidence. 

Leadership Training

Our programs teach youth how to lead themselves first, then others, through responsibility, integrity, teamwork, and positive influence.

Confidence & Self-Esteem Building

We create safe, encouraging spaces where kids can express themselves, overcome fear, and grow in self-confidence. 

Mentorship & Guidance

Youth receive guidance from positive role models who help them set goals, make good decisions, and stay focused on their growth.

Character & Life Skills Development

We teach respect, discipline, accountability, communication, and emotional awareness and the skills children need for lifelong success.

WHO WILL SERVE

We proudly serve:

  • Children (Ages 5–10):
    Building confidence, creativity, communication, and self-expression through fun and structured activities.
     
  • Pre-Teens (Ages 11–14):
    Helping youth discover their strengths, improve teamwork skills, and begin understanding leadership responsibility.
     
  • Teens (Ages 15–18):
    Preparing young leaders for real-world challenges through mentorship, goal-setting, public speaking, and personal development.

We don’t just prepare kids for today — we prepare them for the future.

1Royal is a youth-focused leadership and development organization dedicated to helping children and teenagers discover who they are, what they are good at, and who they can become.
We work with kids ages 5–18, guiding them to uncover their inner talents, build confidence, and grow into responsible, purpose-driven leaders.

WHO WE ARE

1Royal is a community-centered youth development organization created to nurture the next generation of leaders.
We believe leadership starts early in childhood and grows stronger when young people are supported, encouraged, and guided in the right environment.

Our programs are designed to meet children where they are, helping them develop life skills, self-awareness, discipline, creativity, and leadership confidence.
